About the role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager at Saco Bay PT. You will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team
- Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to a diverse patient population
- Develop skills through continuing education opportunities
- Implement personalized treatment plans using the latest techniques and technologies
- Work in a supportive and collaborative environment
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License to start
- CPR Certification

Salary up to $100k based on experience
