About the role
We are seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager at Saco Bay PT.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
- CPR Certification.
Qualifications
- Experience leading a physical therapy team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
