Center Manager Physical Therapist $20K Sign on Bonus!

About the role

We are seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager at our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Glasgow, DE.

Responsibilities

• Treat and manage the clinic team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
• Oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team.
• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of recent outpatiet orthopedic experience.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• A valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with patient care and rehabilitation.

Pay

The salary range is $93K-$100K, based on your experience. Additionally, there is a $20K sign-on bonus and $350 per month student loan assistance during your employment with us!

Schedule

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with no weekends.
