Responsibilities
- Mets and exceeds company revenue goals and KPIs.
- Directs, implements, and maintains guest experience and service standards; efficient and professional guest check-in, friendly and educated team members, comfort and cleanliness of procedure rooms and lobby and resolves guest problems and complaints as needed.
- Develops, implements, and maintains programs/processes to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure front office operations are efficient and profitable.
- Provides day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively works to promote and recognize performance, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
- Develops and holds team accountable to the achievement of product and service sales and profitability goals.
- Prepares accurate and timely reports and correspondence as needed; responds to corporate requests.
- Schedule education trainings and workshops with vendors and clinical operations, as needed, to provide staff with continuing education.
- Utilizes marketing tools to generate new business and host successful events.
- Be aware of and comply with all federal, state and local labor and employment laws applicable to employees at the Center including licensure of Estheticians, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Registered Nurses.
- Supervises physician will delegate management tasks (scheduling, approving PTO, etc.) to the center manager for medical providers in the center.
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Center Manager, Store Manager, or similar role.
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Medspa or similar (Preferred).

Pay
Total compensation of $150k-$250k salary, based on performance.
Schedule
5 days a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month.
