Center Manager | Aurora, CO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Train and support Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while building confidence in package sales and retail products
• Drive sales through coaching, goal setting, performance management and leading by example
• Foster a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture that recognizes success and supports ongoing development
• Monitor center performance, staffing, productivity, and profitability
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards
• Execute promotions, maintain visual merchandising and center cleanliness
• Adapt to changing business needs and new initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required)
• Prominent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift/move up to 25 lbs
• Reach items stored at various heights

Scheduling Requirements

• This is a full-time leadership role
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs, including a mix of opening, closing, and weekend shifts
• Center Managers are typically expected to work two Saturdays per month
• Hours and schedules may vary based on business needs
