About the Role

As our Center Experience Manager (CM), you are the CEO of your center. You are responsible for ensuring every guest has a memorable experience while delivering the company’s financial results. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.

The CM role is a major milestone on our leadership track, with many managers advancing into District Leadership: Sales Associate → Sales Lead → Assistant Center Manager → Center Experience Manager (YOU) → & Beyond!

Responsibilities

• Sales & Floor Leadership: Produce results by being present on the floor, coaching associates in real-time to master package sales, product education, and the "EWC Standard of Excellence."
• Talent Development: Proactively recruit top-tier talent and create a learning environment where your team feels motivated to hit daily goals and grow their careers.
• Business Strategy: Analyze KPIs and execute action plans to improve results in partnership with the District Manager and Regional Wax Trainers.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the center is pristine, safe, and fully compliant with state standards (TDLR). Oversee inventory, visual marketing, and maintain consistent "Glow" standards.

Requirements

• Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays, to support guest and team needs.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel/Word, with excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with Zenoti is a plus.
• Passion: A deep desire to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior.
