About the role

The Center Director oversees all operations of the educational center, including curriculum development, staff management, and student support services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the educational center
• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with curriculum standards
• Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Engage with parents and community partners to enhance educational outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership
• Proven track record of successful program development and implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
