About the role
The Center Director oversees all operations of the educational center, including curriculum development, staff management, and student support services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the educational center
- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with curriculum standards
- Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Engage with parents and community partners to enhance educational outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in educational leadership
- Proven track record of successful program development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
