Center Director
About the Role
As a Center Director, you will provide oversight of all center activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, deliver comprehensive child development services, and support family members with opportunities for growth and change.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s in a non-related field with 4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education or a CDA Birth to Pre-K
- Associate’s in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field plus 6 years of experience in Early Childhood Education
- 8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and either a CDA Birth to Pre-K, Director’s Credential, or Technical certificate in Early Childhood Education

About Arkansas Early Learning
Arkansas Early Learning (AEL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving vulnerable children ages birth to five and their families throughout Arkansas via Early Head Start and Head Start programs. We provide transformational learning programs in a childcare setting, offering free infant, toddler, and Pre-K educational childcare across 16 counties. AEL delivers a research-based curriculum starting as early as six weeks old, along with a variety of child and family support services in a loving, safe environment.
