Location: Aviation ABA Therapy 1776 S West Temple Salt Lake City, UT 84115 Compensation: $70–$85/hour (Part-Time) | $75,000–$95,000/year (Full-Time) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Join Aviation ABA Aviation ABA is hiring a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at our South Salt Lake clinic. We’re looking for a passionate clinician who is excited to provide high-quality ABA services in a supportive, collaborative, and center-based setting. This Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is primarily based in our clinic and includes direct clinical oversight, parent collaboration, and supervision of RBTs within the center. We also welcome flexibility for occasional in-home support throughoutour in home services. Position Responsibilities As a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA, you will: Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress evaluationsDevelop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plansOversee a clinic-based caseload and provide direct clinical guidanceSupervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration sessionsAnalyze client progress and adjust programming based on dataComplete treatment plans, progress reports, and required documentationCollaborate closely with clinic leadership and familiesSupport a positive and engaging clinic cultureProvide occasional in-home clinical support throughout Salt Lake County as needed The Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a key role in maintaining high clinical standards while helping children make meaningful progress in a center-based environment. Qualifications Required Current BCBA certificationActive Utah LBA or eligibility to obtain licensureMaster’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldExperience supervising RBTs and clinical teamsExperience working in a center-based ABA settingStrong leadership and communication skillsWillingness to provide occasional in-home support Ready to Join Aviation ABA?
