About the role

The Center Administrator role is responsible for the coaching supervision of employees within the centers. This role is intended to provide direct support to BTs and RBTs on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment for all staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation/onboarding and staff training.
  • Cook up with intake department regarding capacity.
  • Employee coaching, supervision, management.
  • Manage staff and family complaints.
  • Cook up with related services (Speech and OT).
  • Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program.
  • Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs.
  • Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions.
  • Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages.
  • Call families to cancel sessions, if needed.
  • Approve clinic staff PTO and ensure company policies are being followed.
  • Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback.
  • Create and maintain employee retention programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Previous experience in an ABA Clinic.
  • Must have 2 or more years leadership experience.
  • Reliability - ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week.

Qualifications

  • Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
  • Work Location & Hours: This is a full-time, on-site position in our North Brunswick, NJ Early Intervention Center location. The core hours for this role are 8:45am to 5:15pm.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing staff and providing supervision.
  • Knowledge of ABA principles and practices.

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 – $68,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
