Center Administrator
About the Role
The Center Administrator is an entry-level operations role that establishes the foundation for future growth within the organization. This position is responsible for the overall operational functions within the center, including cleanliness, maintenance, facilities needs, and supply management. The role requires excellent customer service and a professional disposition in all interactions with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including opening/closing the center as needed.
- Greet new and existing clients, give tours, and complete related administrative tasks (e.g., providing printed materials).
- Work with the Operations Director to maintain center supply inventory and ensure staff has required items.
- Ensure the center is clean, attractive, safe, and compliant with local, state, and federal mandates.
- Maintain furniture and therapy equipment in good working condition; arrange repairs as needed.
- Receive deliveries and ensure documentation is completed on time per Centria procedures.
- Report critical incidents and safety concerns in accordance with payor requirements and Centria policies.
- Administer effective center operations and facilities management.
- Partner with the Operations Director to ensure team members adhere to best practices and maintain timely attendance.
- Ensure effective communication with families and Behavior Technicians.
- Maintain and update client and Behavior Technician schedules in the Centria EMR system.
- Serve as a go-to person for center-related questions, either answering them or connecting individuals with the appropriate resource.
- Ensure compliance with state and Centria guidelines, documenting and escalating incidents as necessary.
- Complete required training, attend meetings, and adhere to Centria’s policies and procedures.
- Participate in the agency-wide Compliance Program to ensure services align with authorized guidelines.
- Follow mandated reporting, compliance, and company guidelines, including Centria’s Code of Conduct.
- Report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of tablets/iPads, laptops, and G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet).
- Proficiency in PC software, including virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to follow written instructions and use computers/software programs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
- Ability to interpret and implement verbal and written clinical protocols.
- Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop skills accordingly.
- Effective time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
- Commitment to organizational policies, client confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.

Working Conditions
The work location varies and may include a company facility or community setting. The role may involve exposure to physically aggressive behavior from clients, requiring the use of approved behavior management techniques. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and carrying objects up to 75 pounds.
Pay
$22–$24.00 per hour.
