Center Administrator Assistant Bilingual
The Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. The Center Administrator Assistant works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; collaborates with management and top professionals/specialists in selection of methods, techniques, and analytical approach.
Responsibilities
- Executes staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility
- Works closely with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates
- Ensures consistency in execution across team
- Provides feedback on performance to Center Administration Management
Requirements
- 2 or more years of management experience
- 6 or more years of technical experience
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program
- Direct leadership experience and demonstrated ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively both internally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians, office staff, hospital executives, medical groups, IPA's, community organizations and other health plan staff
- Knowledge of and experience working with Provider Communities
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMRs) or Health Information Management (HIMs) systems
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting
- A high level of engagement and emotional intelligence
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
- Medicare knowledge
- Managed care experience
- Value Based Care knowledge
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Population Health Strategy
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven ability to function effectively in matrix management environment and as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Solid understanding of medical care delivery, managed care financial arrangements and reimbursement
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience managing a budget of $500,000+

Pay & Benefits
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $58,700 - $68,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
