About the role
Almost Family is specifically seeking CEN parents to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
Responsibilities
- Provide help with activities of daily living including physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations and support, behavioral interventions, and communication support.
- Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and foster positive self-esteem.
- Provide assistance with general housekeeping and home management.
Requirements
- Applicant must be 18+ years of age.
- Must be a biological parent, adoptive parent, step-parent, or legal guardian of a child selected for the CEN program.
- Your child must be between 5-17 years of age.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
