Cemetery & Funeral Sales Associate (Family Service Advisor)

Location: Holy Cross Cemetery & Funeral Center – Antioch, CA

Do you want to use your sales skills to do something more meaningful? We are looking for a Family Service Advisor to join our team for pre‑need sales, as well as at‑need cemetery sales. As our Family Service Advisor, you will be the primary contact for families during their time of grief and assist them in their choices for their family member’s final arrangements.

• Focus on consultative sales to meet the funeral needs of families.
• Control the success of your sales, with a supportive team behind you.

Qualifications

• Prospecting experience – a must.
• Valid driver’s license – a must.
• 2–4 years performance‑based sales experience.
• Interest in working in a Catholic environment (all backgrounds welcome).
• Passion for people.
• Supreme organizational skills.
• Willingness to put in the work.
