Cementing Bulk Plant Operator

About the role

The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. The role involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, implementing standard work (SW), managing risk during service delivery, managing bulk plant facilities, assisting in training, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, and reducing environmental impacts.

Responsibilities

• Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design.
• Check and/or calculate quantities of material blends required before loading.
• Follow Product Line (PL) quality assurance procedures to ensure proper loading.
• Cook and mix bulk products for delivery to the wellsite, on time, according to the job program design.
• Coordinate movement of bulk products to and from locations with the PSD and Logistics Team.
• Affix labels and store additives in a safe manner and ensure the disposal of empty drums and pails.
• Maintain bulk plant equipment by performing a daily check while ensuring the bulk plant is kept clean.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

Requirements

• Experience in industry preferred
• Basic math skills
• Basic Microsoft Office
• Fluent English
• CDL Preferred; certificates for crane operation, forklift, etc.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
