Cement Tanker Driver(CDL A)

About the role

Carpenter Tanker Driver - Carroll Concrete (West Lebanon, NH) is a position within CRH, a leading vertically integrated supplier of asphalt, aggregates, cement, ready-mix concrete, and paving and construction services in North America.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of vehicle on and off road
• Pick up and deliver cement as directed
• Responsible for obtaining documentation of cement picked up/delivered (bills of lading)
• Maintain an accurate record of fuel used and mileage traveled (fuel and mileage log)
• Daily inspection of vehicle and trailer for safe operation, complete daily inspection report and report all safety defects to plant manager, as per company policy

Requirements

• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement
• At least 2 years of driving experience
• Good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cement handling and transportation procedures

Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$26.00/hour to $28/hr depending on experience experience, with a $10.00/hour night shift differential.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required.
