About the role

Cement Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI), a Central Government Public Sector Undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing of cement, invites applications for 14 Officer (Legal) positions on a Fixed Term Contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to the organization on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Assist in due diligence and risk assessment processes.

Requirements

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Postgraduate degree in Law (LLM) recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advocate, Legal Consultant, or Law Officer.

Selection Process

• Written Test / Group Discussion (if required)
• Interview
• Medical Examination
• Document Verification

The final selection will be based on performance in the interview and other stages as decided by CCI.
