Cell Team Associate II

We are looking for dedicated individuals with all levels of production experience who would like to join our team of associates building American made firearms.

Responsibilities

• Front line production needs
• Basic to complex machine operation, including CNC turning and milling machines and assembly work
• Visual alertness, hand dexterity, and attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to change in assignments
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as required

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Opportunity for growth per the Ruger Associate Development (RAD) plan
• Quarterly profit sharing based on company profits

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator or high‑volume, medium‑mix manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma preferred but not required
• On‑the‑job training provided for motivated candidates

Pay

Starting wage is based on experience and shift. In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing.

Schedule

• Various shifts available
• Off‑shift positions include additional shift differential pay
