Cell Lead, Reman Washblast

Role: Cell Lead responsible for overseeing daily operations within their designated cell, ensuring efficient use of employee time, meeting production goals, and supporting training and troubleshooting efforts. Key Responsibilities Execute daily/weekly plans provided by management to meet targets.Assist in training new employees and ensure adherence to approved build processes.Mitigate part issues, troubleshoot constraints, and drive process improvements.Lead by example, motivate, and develop team members to enhance productivity.Maintain current build status, especially regarding parts on hold, and support drivetrain technicians.Promote a safe work environment by reporting unsafe acts or conditions.Collaborate with management on SOPs/WIs and communicate with maintenance regarding equipment issues. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years in a shop environment with strong technical knowledge.Proven problem-solving skills and process improvement experience.Strong leadership, motivation, and team development abilities.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills.Effective communication and collaboration across departments.Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and inspire others.
