What You'll Do
- Develop cell qualification test plans based on cell build validation goals and program requirements
- Conduct analysis to identify program risk and work with cross-functional teams for failure analysis and corrective actions
- Communicate cell level performance and risks across multiple engineering teams
- Oversee test progress at labs across different sites to minimize test delays
What You'll Bring
- Experience with lithium-ion battery research, design, manufacturing, and testing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or Equivalent Experience
- Program management experience is a plus
