Responsibilities

• Conduct leading-edge research and publish content focusing on technology trends and their implications for insurers.
• Engage directly with clients to address specific strategic challenges where technology plays a crucial role.
• Build your profile and strengthen the company’s presence in FS technology by engaging with relevant media, speaking at industry forums, and sharing expert insights.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in P&C insurance technology.
• Experience within an insurer, consulting, or research firm, or technology vendor, focused on technology strategy or delivery.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and ability to translate complex technology topics into practical recommendations.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, including managing research agendas.
• Excellent written, presentation, storytelling, and public-speaking skills.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, contributing to consulting projects, and building trusted client relationships.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Knowledge of underwriting, pricing, reinsurance, MGAs, captives, or insurance-linked securities is a plus.
