Ability / Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Direct and assign tasks to both administrative and field personnel, supporting coordination across all phases of the construction project.
- Review progress estimates and final estimates for accuracy and compliance throughout the duration of the project.
- Work independently, anticipate project needs, and collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and FDOT standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and field reports.
Qualifications / Certifications
- Obtain FDOT Advanced MOT. CTQP Final Estimates Level II. CTQP Quality Control Manager (Attend and pass the examination).
- Obtain Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Florida within six (6) months of Project Notice to Proceed (NTP), if registered in another state.
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $89,487.93 - $102,271.92
