CEA - Region Deputy Director
About the role
We are seeking a mission-driven leader to oversee regional operations and inspire staff and Corpsmembers to succeed. This role provides an opportunity to lead teams, strengthen programs, and create a positive culture focused on service, growth, and accountability.
You will mentor district leaders and work with executive leadership to advance organizational goals and improve operations. You will help guide budgets and resources while ensuring programs meet performance and policy expectations.
A key part of the role is creating meaningful opportunities for Corpsmembers to learn and grow. You will help ensure they have a safe and supportive experience while gaining education, job skills, leadership experience, and career preparation.
You will also lead efforts that connect Corpsmembers with conservation and emergency response projects that benefit local communities. Through partnerships and outreach, you will help expand the organization’s impact and strengthen relationships with community and government partners.
