About the role
Peter Ruggero is appointed as the Receiver in the case involving Solugen Blending LLC/Solugen Inc. v. CDX Energy Services, LLC. The Court ordered turnover and appointed Peter Ruggero as the Receiver.
Responsibilities
- Preserve and manage all property of the Defendant
- Ensure compliance with the Court’s Order
- Handle all legal and administrative matters related to the Receivership
Requirements
- Experience in receivership and bankruptcy law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the Texas Bar
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and mediation abilities
- Proficient in legal research and document preparation
