CDS Program Supervisor

About the role

EP!C is looking for a dedicated Program Supervisor to lead our Community Day Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching staff, improving program quality, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Coordinate daily operations within Community Day Services
• Implement and monitor individualized support plans
• Ensure high-quality, person-centered services
• Complete required documentation, assessments, and reports
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members
• Promote compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Support the agency's mission, vision, and values

Requirements

• Supervisory experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
