Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling intake, payroll, and problem-solving.
- Promote and explain CDS programs to clients, families, and county personnel.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Stay current on legislative and regulatory changes affecting CDS programs.
- Input budgets, process payroll and reimbursements, and track spending.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and processing employment documentation.
- Collaborate with counties, DHS, and other providers to develop best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree + 3 years of related human services experience, OR
- High school diploma + 6 years of related human services experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and independent decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout Minnesota.
- Must pass a MN Department of Human Services background check.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hybrid).
Pay
$21.23 - $26.54 per hour.
