CDP Senior Project Manager - Denver

Key Expectations

• Community and client facing role; experience with managing multiple stakeholders
• Leading meeting facilitation and community information gathering efforts
• Data and Records Management Initiative Management Lead - integrated initiative management across gas, electric, regulatory, and community workstreams
• Coordinate capital planning inputs, including company vs. third-party cost visibility and capital budget tracking
• Track initiative level actions, dependencies, risks, and statutory deliverables across all participating communities
• Identify and communicate emerging and future projects aligned to the initiative (GIP, emerging definition, etc.)
• Identify and coordinate emerging needs for focused stakeholder collaboration
• Lead ongoing initiative process development, integration, adherence and continuous improvement
• Prepare explanatory materials related to project prioritization, strategy, and regulatory processes.
• Data & Records Coordination - Serve as the central intake and coordination point for gas and electric data requests
• Capture and distribute community specific meeting minutes and action items

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent years of industry experience
• 8+ years of experience managing projects
• Background in natural gas distribution and transmission work preferred

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $119,800.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
