Success Profile

Responsible for employee transportation services, including chauffeur and fleet services, as well as messenger services within an organization. Activities include:

• Driving of company executives and/or groups of employees in company-owned vehicles/shuttles
• Basic maintenance and cleaning of company-owned vehicles/shuttles
• Oversight of company fleet services, including cost evaluation and scheduling
• Company-owned aircraft flight operations

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Preferred: 1 year customer delivery experience, 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience, 6 months Food and Beverage experience, 2 years consistent work history

Skills

• Technical, customer relations, and personnel management
• Efficient route running, meeting or exceeding designated route times
• Lifting, pushing, or moving product weighing up to 100 pounds
• Verifying delivery of items with customers and obtaining proper signatures
• Handling customer complaints professionally
• Operating company equipment safely and performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections
