CDL Truck Driver, Class A OTR Salt Lake City
About the role
OTR routes originate from Utah, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Kentucky, with deliveries throughout the Eastern United States. Return freight from the East is delivered to Utah and surrounding Western states. These lanes require drivers to be gone 10-11 days and one weekend, including a 34-hour rest period. Home every other weekend in most cases. Longer road time is available to those drivers who wish to be gone longer.
Responsibilities
- OTR and mountain driving experience is a plus
- Must have good customer service skills and the ability to represent the company well to the public
Requirements
- Class A Drivers are paid while loading and unloading
- Overtime is paid for all hours worked in a week over 40
- Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage of $74K - $85K annually based on 50-60 hours/week
- Quarterly Performance Bonus of up to $400.00, eligible on the first full quarter following the 90-day probation period
- Gold Star Bonus of $400.00 annually, eligible after one full year of employment

- 401-K retirement plan with company contributions after 1 full year of employment
Qualifications
- Physically able and willing to chain up, open hood of truck, and get in and out of truck regularly
- A good driving record
