About the role
Responsible for operating commercial motor vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drive company-owned trucks on assigned routes
- Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Maintain vehicle maintenance logs and report issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and vision
- Passing drug and alcohol test
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle safety standards
