About the role
Responsible for operating commercial motor vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drive company-owned trucks on various routes
- Load and unload cargo according to safety guidelines
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and report issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Requirements
- Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Good physical condition and vision
- Passing drug and alcohol test
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Commercial driving experience
- Knowledge of local and state traffic laws
- Basic computer literacy
