Responsibilities

• Assist with roadway layout and pavement marking installation
• Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment, materials, and supplies
• Operate trucks and company equipment as assigned
• Perform roadway preparation activities such as grinding, sealing, tape removal, and surface preparation
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain required logs and documentation
• Assist with traffic control operations after receiving company certification
• Maintain assigned equipment, tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Participate in all required safety meetings, training programs, and certifications
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles, shops, warehouses, and job sites
• Report incidents, hazards, and safety concerns according to company procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, roadwork, manual labor, heavy equipment operation, transportation, or a related field
• Valid CDL Class A or Class B driver license
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime, nights, and weekends as projects require
• Value for teamwork, safety, and personal accountability
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and drug screening
• History of working outdoors in the elements
