CDL Shuttle Driver (DOT)

Responsibilities

• Proper and safe operation of shuttle buses.
• Transporting passengers efficiently, safely, and seamlessly.
• Answering questions and offering city directions to passengers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of bus interiors and fueling buses.
• Logging trip counts and assisting disabled passengers.
• Being at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform.
• Possessing a valid state-issued driver’s license and maintaining an acceptable DMV record.
• Reporting any known accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Communicating debris, water, oil spills, and other issues to the garage office.
• Substituting for Cashiers or Valets when authorized.
• Assisting customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable.
• Aiding the Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• A DOT Medical Card.
• Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends, if applicable.
