About the Role

As a Route Driver, you will collect and transport raw materials from customers back to our facility using a Bucket truck and/or Trailer. You’ll manage your route with an onboard computer (OBC) while maintaining a backup paper log for compliance. Daily responsibilities include keeping your truck clean, completing vehicle condition reports, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to all laws and regulations. This role allows you to be home every night.

Responsibilities

• Collect and transport raw materials from multiple customers along your assigned route.
• Operate a Bucket truck and/or Trailer safely and efficiently.
• Manage route logistics using an onboard computer (OBC) and maintain a backup paper log.
• Complete daily vehicle condition reports and keep the truck clean.
• Provide professional and courteous service to all customers.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Two years of experience operating a commercial vehicle is preferred (multiple factors will be considered).
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with superior time management abilities.

Pay

Starting pay is $30.47 per hour, plus overtime, depending on experience.
