CDL Hydrovac Operator - 4K Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Join Pro-Vac's growing Tennessee team! We're expanding into Middle Tennessee and are seeking experienced CDL drivers and Hydrovac Operators to help build our newest operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Hydrovac and vacuum excavation equipment
• Perform hydro excavation around underground utilities
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and job sites
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Pro-Vac professionally
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety policies and procedures
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as business needs require

Qualifications

• Class A or Class B CDL required
• Tanker and Air Brake Endorsements required
• Previous Hydrovac, Vacuum Truck, Construction, Utility, or Heavy Equipment experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR review
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments

Pay

Earn $28-$34/hour, depending on experience
