CDL Hydrovac Operator

About the role

LoJac is currently seeking talented Hydrovac Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for operating and managing hydrovac trucks to perform excavation jobs and ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Complete hydro excavation projects including utility line exposure, debris removal, trenching, and digging as needed for specific job
• Operate hydrovac trucks and equipment safely
• Inspect grounds for safe zones, safety precautions, and other hazards at every job site
• Complete all paperwork in a timely manner as needed by management
• Conduct routine maintenance on trucks and equipment to ensure proper working order
• Work overtime if needed by supervisor
• Stand, kneel, walk, etc for long periods of time
• Able to take OSHA courses to ensure safety knowledge
• Able to take First Aid courses to ensure safety knowledge

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Work in Construction industry 1 year (Preferred)
• CDL License-Minimum Class B with a Tanker Endorsement (Preferred before hire, but not required)
• Clean MVR
• Must pass background and drug screen prior to hire
