CDL Hazmat Driver

About the role

Responsible for driving hazardous materials transport vehicles across various routes. Must hold a valid CDL with an additional hazmat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-owned vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload hazardous materials according to safety protocols
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers

Requirements

• Valid CDL with hazmat endorsement
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Passing drug and alcohol test

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good physical condition
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Skills

• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
