CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate

About the role

At Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, we are a leader in electrical distribution serving Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Nebraska, and Southern South Dakota. We are now operating under the new brand, Echo Electric.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe, efficient, and courteous delivery of solar panels, solar racking, materials, and parts.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when not driving.

Requirements

• Able to obtain a Class B CDL license with airbrake endorsement.
• Shift: 7 AM- 4 PM, M-F.
• Starting Rate: $22-$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with moffett forklift/flatbed.
• Willingness to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.

Skills

• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and traverse the warehouse.

Pay

The starting rate is $22-$25 per hour.

Schedule

Shift: 7 AM- 4 PM, M-F.
