CDL Driver/Trainer $105k/yr

Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking an experienced CDL Driver/Trainer to join our fast-growing team!

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Responsibilities

• Traveling out of town 2-4 nights per week
• Ability to train hands on, and get greasy
• 50 hours of work time per week
• Ability to manage people, and maintain standards directly with drivers
• Completing ride along training with new drivers
• Completing ride along trainings to qualify and retrain existing drivers
• Conducting spot equipment and safety checks
• Enforcement of company process and safety guidelines for both CDL and NON-CDL drivers

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Class B CDL
• Drug-free lifestyle
• Clean motor vehicle report
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding on how to work with drivers
• Strong DOT safety and training skills
• Ability to lift 75lbs
• Bachelor's Degree

$105,000 annual salary
