Tucker Freight Lines is hiring OTR Open Deck Drivers to haul flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers across a network primarily in the Midwestern and Southern states. Most loads come pre-loaded and secured, allowing drivers to focus on the drive. Pay & Earnings

• Drivers earn up to $105,000 per year
• Average weekly pay ranges from $1,700 to $2,200
• Mileage pay runs 81 CPM, including bonuses
• Stop pay and additional bonus opportunities available
• Quarterly bonuses on top of base pay
• Clean inspection bonuses help earnings stack up over time

Minimum Hiring Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
• No DUIs in the last 5 years
