CDL Driver – Sign-On Bonus

Position Summary

Pack Rat Hauling is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team in Leesburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a CDL roll-off truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies. - Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation. - Secure containers and loads properly before transport. - Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch. - Provide exceptional customer service at all job sites. - Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly. - Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment. - Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.

Qualifications

- Required: Valid Class A or Class B CDL, clean driving record, ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service. - Preferred: Previous roll-off driving experience, manual transmission experience.

Schedule

- Monday through Friday - Typical work week: 40–50 hours - Occasional Saturdays as needed
