CDL Driver - Heavy Haul Winch & Slick

About the role

The Class A CDL Driver will operate a heavy truck with a winch, transporting various loads to and from well site drilling and production locations, including oversized loads such as forklifts and man lifts.

Responsibilities

• Pulling various loads to and from well site drilling and production locations
• Pulling oversized loads such as forklifts, man lifts, and other oversized equipment
• Following DOT requirements
• Ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory health, safety, and environmental requirements, including completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, and near miss and hazard reports
• Keeping accurate and timely driving logs in accordance with electronic log system
• Conducting pre-trip and post-trip equipment assessments
• Ensuring proper maintenance of truck and equipment to maintain proper working and safety requirements

Requirements

• Age 21 or above
• Valid Commercial Driver's License
• Tanker Endorsement
• Valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record that meets fleet insurance requirements (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years)
• DOT medical card
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screen and drug and alcohol tests
• Experience with driving a manual transmission up to 18 speed
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions
• Minimum of 2 years CDL experience

Qualifications

Experience with oversized and overweight loads is required. The company is willing to train with winch equipment.
