About the role

Operate heavy and light-duty trucks—such as vacuum trucks and roll-offs—at customer sites to support hazardous-waste cleanup and environmental-response operations. The position involves fieldwork, travel, potential overtime, and a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participate in emergency response, soil excavation, waste removal, and drum handling
• Perform tank cleaning and equipment operation and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations (DOT, EPA, OSHA)
• Complete accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Work in various weather conditions and perform confined-space tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL Class A with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred
• 1–2 years of CDL driving experience
• Knowledge of DOT, EPA, and OSHA standards
• Mechanical aptitude and computer proficiency
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., work in extreme weather, and navigate confined spaces
