About the role
We are hiring Class A CDL drivers to operate End Dump Trailers for a full-time temporary assignment to support the revival of Lake Adger following the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.
Responsibilities
- Haul and dump various types of material including sand, rip rap, gravel, vegetative debris, and more from the lake to off-road FDS sites.
- Drive on varying road conditions and surfaces, including county and state roads that are curvy and hilly.
- Drive in residential areas as needed.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections; maintain logs and records accurately.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A, with a clean driving record, current medical card, and ability to pass DOT clearance (physical and drug/alcohol screening).
- At least 5 years’ experience driving an End Dump Trailer, both on and off road.
- Able to safely back up the trailer to designated dump sites.
- Ability to follow site safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and other team members.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Pay
$26-$35 (based on skills and experience) (hourly, non-exempt).
Schedule
This role requires working 12 hours per day, 7 days a week to include holidays.
