CDL Driver

About the role

The Relief Driver will safely deliver hardgoods, cylinders, gases and other supplies to other branch locations, customers and vendors/suppliers on a scheduled route or intermittently. They will serve the branches and customers by meeting their needs, resolving problems and providing excellent, customer service. This position will also serve as a backup to the Cylinder Sorter and Customer Service Representative positions.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver hardgoods, cylinders, gases and other supplies to other branch locations, customers and vendors/suppliers on a scheduled route or intermittently.
• Serve the branches and customers by meeting their needs, resolving problems and providing excellent, customer service.
• Serve as a backup to the Cylinder Sorter and Customer Service Representative positions.

Requirements

• 1 year of driving experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Basic computer knowledge and experience
• CDL A or B with Hazmat and Airbrakes endorsements
• Must be 21 years of age
