CDL Driver

Job Details

We are looking for a skilled CDL Driver to join our Team! In this role you will be responsible for the accurate delivery of products as invoiced to licensed accounts or between company locations. This role will service customers by ensuring timely deliveries, accurate check-in, and storage of products. This position is a safety sensitive position that requires the employee to be able to perform job-related tasks without a direct threat to their safety or the safety of others. Local Routes - home every night! Weekends off Performance Earnings - Average performers earn approximately $14,560 (based on route and load volume)

Responsibilities

• Always drive equipment in a professional and safe manner
• Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers
• Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Collect and return all payments as required
• Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
• Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
• Maintain an accurate DOT logbook, if required
• Able to perform job-related tasks without hindering the safety of employee or others

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• One year of driver experience
• Must be 21 years of age or older for commercial motor vehicle
• Valid CMV / CDL / Class A or B license
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs. for an extended period
