CDL Driver - 4 Day Work Week and weekends off
Job Summary
At Premier Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, we pour our hearts into what we do “SELL BEER FOR A LIVING”. We are seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team and growing company. This role offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a positive work environment.
Compensation
Compensation includes case/keg pay with an estimated range of $8,000 - $16,500 yearly, based on volume. Benefits include great hours (Monday-Friday), vacation, sick time, and 8 paid holidays (including the Monday after the Super Bowl). Health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, employer-paid life insurance and disability, and tuition reimbursement are also provided.
Qualifications
- One year of verifiable driving experience
- 21 years of age
- Valid CMV / CDL / Class A license
- Able to lift at least 40-50 lbs. for an extended period of time
- High School diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Drive equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times
- Deliver products as invoiced to specified licensed retailers
- Check-in invoiced orders with customers in a friendly, courteous manner
- Collect and return all payments as required
- Account for all invoices of merchandise delivered and merchandise returned
- Complete appropriate paperwork throughout the delivery process
- Maintain an accurate DOT log book, if required
- Follow DOT Regulations at all times
- Attend monthly safety meetings
- Attend required safety courses and other classes as needed
- Report any local, state or federal moving violations to management
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Work Environment
This role requires regular, ongoing in-office presence. Employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non-company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.
