CDL Delivery Driver

About the role

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a reliable individual to join our team as a truck driver. This role involves loading and unloading materials, operating semi-trucks, and performing various service duties.

Responsibilities

• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer by using forklift or hand truck
• Operate semi-truck with one or two trailers, according to state laws
• Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Complete standard DOT truck inspection
• Complete all company and DOT required paperwork
• Complete shipping bills of lading, receive necessary signatures, and return completed paperwork to shipping office
• Maintain any related records required
• Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, gasoline, and air in tires
• Report any maintenance malfunctions to maintenance dept
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Full-time hours (40+ hours per week), with busier days during peak season that allows for overtime pay
