CDL Delivery Driver

About the role

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as a truck driver. This position involves driving company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders, ensuring safe and accurate deliveries. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, picking up and delivering products, loading/unloading trailers, and performing routine equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders, safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred

Qualifications

• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs

The estimated salary range for this role in Mt. Sterling, IL is between $15.00 - $25.75. Nutrien is an equal opportunity employer.
