About the role
Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7:00-8:00am Start Time - Must be able to work overtime when needed.
Responsibilities
- Delivery and pick-up of customers product in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain organization of product(s) on truck to prevent injury or damage to self or freight
- Unload trucks using hand cart or lift gate when necessary
- Submit neat, legible and complete paperwork daily
- Daily pre and post trip inspections of vehicle, submit VIR daily
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL License
- Age 23 and minimum 2 years experience
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Meet all Federal Motor Carrier Qualifications, including no "serious or disqualifying traffic violation" within the last 3 years
- No more than 4 moving violations in the past 36 months and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months
- Pass drug screen, DOT physical and Functional Capacity Physical
- CDL Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsement preferred or willing to get within 90 days of hire date
